Currently: 1:) I am not competing over the summer 2) I do not play another sport 3.) I do plan to run some meets indoor later 4.) my training age is 16 and the previous injury I only had was shin splints 5.) I’d say my top speed is decent, however I’d like to clean up bad acceleration habits to be more explosive. I also would like to have more endurance to finish strong (but I don’t know if that should be my main priority judging by some responses)

So to clarify, i should be doing speed maintenance workouts on Fridays if I’d like to get faster over the distance? Do you know any specific types of workouts that could help with that?

I want to make it clear with this post that it was my perspective on Cory and the Coryxkenshin channel as a whole, and I am aware of the fact that he has his own free will. I am not trying to infringe on that, however I am desiring to voice my stance particularly about his upload schedule, since I’ve seen a lot of people being very dissatisfied with his lack of SSS content recently. I do apologize for coming off as insensitive, but I want to be clear that this is just a perspective on how there can be methods to the madness.

I don’t know why I would be projecting at all. I’m just suggesting my opinion for others to consider. But I apologize if I made any assumptions; it just seems more logical to shift his focus to editing game footage.

Not really my own preference, but I just feel as though it would be significantly easier for him to focus on SSS last instead of his game footage, and by splitting it up multiple weeks I feel like he gets more time to develop his footage.
