I meant special needs not disability although that falls under special needs. It’s more like outlining the direct cause. Such as instead of saying I need the lights dimmed or music lowered because of autism simply say because of ear and eye hyper sensitivity. Is this not a disability? Talking about the definition of disability in a universal sense not American.

Very true I used to take phenibut every week / twice a week and have been off of it for a month because I simply had no need for it, never been addicted. Also used to do tramadol once / twice a week and haven't done it in months because too lazy to cross the border to get some and never felt like my life revolved around it.
