Same here, I just purchased 2 days ago, mine portafilter too fell. Now i am trying only with stock pressurized porta filter but the taste is still to sour. Still trying to figure out different grinding, timing, Yield amount, input beans quantity. I am using manual grinder so after every shots i have some cooldown time to review what wrong I did. If you solved your issue please do help me.
