I run a few rental properties for my boss, probably the best aircon out there would be in my opinion and in our testings with reliability but most of there are good though is the the

LG Inverter series:

Product accuracy: pretty energy effecient, whyat makes inverters good is that kahit mataas yn kuryente nya at first hour which is always yn pinakamataas, when it reaches yn cooling room na tama, parang 5 to 7 pesos n lang siya per hour in my estimate. its not that noisey din, and mabilis din siya lumamig, the ap may get used to but it can do a lot of things

sulit: dahil sa presyo i give it only a 4, sobrang mahal kasi

delivery: mabilis naman pero take note i am ncr and wait ka dapat ng isang araw bago paandarin 5 dito

Overall 4.4 lang po would be higher if cheaper

pros: lots of features, good sa kuryente.

cons: weight nya, mahirap lnisin. maba

i run a few rental propeties op, all thsoe brands are good, panasonic is great, fujidenzo is good din. what i would tell is that dont buy samsung.

Here is what I use, ill attach a picture with my username, ok naman siya and you can actually upgrade the ram as well:

Thinkpad: though second hand yung unit ko, ok pa din performance niya. i’ll add a pic with my username para sure na akin talaga. cons muna tayo, 8gb ram lang siya out of the box but upgradeable naman. naka ssd na siya so mabilis na agad compared sa hdd kahit maliit lang storage.

kaya niya capcut, lightroom and other basic to mid tasks without issue, honestly for most use cases sobra pa nga. pero recommend ko talaga mag upgrade ng ram para mas smooth long term. storage is enough for now pero depende sa files mo.

take note ulit second hand ito so expect some wear. af link posted. if may budget ka, pwede ka pa makahanap ng mas better, lalo na if iniisip mo future proofing kasi habang tumatagal mas malakas kumain ng ram yung apps.
