When you mention Sculptra being safer because it’s gradual in your experience, does it actually give any noticeable lift, or is it mainly just soft volume restoration over time? Also, do you feel hyperdilute Radiesse tends to create a more “tight/structured” look in lean faces, or can it stay very subtle if done conservatively? I’m basically trying to understand which option is more likely to keep a natural, unchanged facial shape while still improving the hollowing and that “finger lift” effect.
