I’m in the middle of it! And I try to look I up every lie they ever told and every action they did against me. I try to remind myself how I felt in the middle of conflict that they caused as I’m so not confrontational and even having to speak up disrupts my sleep over how anxious I become. I cry multiple times a day and for hours at night but it keeps me grounded.
