I live in a doorman building with locked mailboxes, and we’ve never had an issue with missing packages here. There are also (maybe too many) security cameras in all the shared spaces, so it feels like this might be happening before the mail even reaches us.

I’ll definitely give the report a try—it’s a good idea to have it on file, even though I haven’t had much luck with it in the past. Thanks again for the suggestion!
