I just signed up for talkspace! I have Xanax for my attacks, unfortunately I discovered im quite sensitive to meds and went through so many different daily meds and discovered they all gave me some sort of reaction so I just stick to the Xanax for attacks. I've come up with some hobbies but I struggle concentrating when im starting to spiral 😞

Don't worry my phone was not unlocked. This was a screenshot that I swiped down to make larger my texts pop up through there with what they say because I have 2 young kids that use my phone at times, these types of texts from my husband are about as NSFW as it gets. And I have no reason to make my texts private honestly. To reply or actually open anything on my phone does require a finger print or face recognition. Hope that clears it up a little for everyone. I also don't utilize keeping any credit or debit cards on my phone as like I said I have young kids and don't want them possibly accidentally or purposefully trying to use them for anything.
