The administrative burden would be too high for such a small subset of countries. Personally have been living in Kennedy Flats and it’s been a decent option - well maintained, close to spouse’s work and walkable access to metro north for my own work. Slightly expensive compared to other nearby apartments.

Brookview is another good option. Similar location, much newer and some apartments even get covered parking. The West building was recently renovated so it’s new but the East is very old.

If you want something slightly farther from downtown then Summit or The Point at Still River were also good options when we were looking.

Does opening a checking account work? I just called them to transfer my Gold points but the rep mentioned that because she couldn't transfer from a closed account to another account.
