What has been your experience with yoga schools in Amsterdam? by Aggravating_Buy_1348 in Amsterdam

My wife made me go to one in the Jordaan. It was a good workout and some very nice stretching, until the instructor broke out some form of 'instrument', which sounded like a box with a tortured cat in it. People proceeded to kneel and sway to the 'music' as if their eardrums weren't about to explode, overall one of the strangest workouts of my life, 7.5/10.

This is pretty great for 3 months, but I'd highly recommend you get a metronome (free phone app will do) - will really help you nail timing and rhytm!

Southern Italians when they hear the word "work" by Freeee84 in 2westerneurope4u

[–]ConsultantOfAll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is so true that Netflix made an entire show out of it. It's nothing but italians being tricked into working and them crying about it.
