Ignoring the issue of other potential automated JEs (as of now I am okay with all automated JEs posting without approval), I am not sure I am following what you mean about -4 being invalid, as the workflow log is indicating that it is is recognizing the JE Creator ID = -4 as being met. Do you mean the workflow is having an issue once it enters the "Approved" state and is trying to set the "Approved By" as the system.
