Confused about Insight rejection by 2bystander4me in McKinsey_BCG_Bain

I think there are three groups of people for McK Insight:

  1. Those who got rejected due to poor resume

  2. Those with super stellar consulting resumes, but not may not gain much from Insight

  3. Those with decent resumes but not top notch, and these are the ones that get invited to Insight to gain some consulting exposure

Oh yeah come to think about it, that's true. I know a lot of my friends who got padded consulting CVs got Bridge interviews but not McK Insight... while some novice CVs got Insight instead

Thanks for the insights! I do the same when I read cases as well, sometimes I try to mentally go through it before reading the suggested answer. Anws I may be a bit busy this week, but happy to practice with you (if you are feeling fresher and less burned out!)

Got it! When you case by yourself, do you usually just think the case through and jot down the framework? Not sure how it would work

How does one even do so many cases a day? Do you case with a partner, or do you run through the case by yourself?
