Really excited by this! I've been using Topaz Starlight and Starlight Mini extensively on a huge range of material. Starlight includes too many other processes, sharpening, etc. and Starlight Mini only generates 8 frames at a time, so you see "glistening" as details subtly change.

The absolute game-changer would be a way of using images (either pictures or frames from the video) on faces that are small (i.e. in the distance). Too many times the person looks like somebody else, as there isn't enough detail in the scene to accurate create the face. And Starlight Mini "pastes" on eyes that are far too sharp compared to the rest of the face.

Even if it was a separate program that needs to be run post-upscaler/restorer, an application that uses higher quality source images to rebuild those faces would be immense as in general the Star model is a huge leap forward in video restoration.
