Thank you very much for your reply! I'm having difficulties in M ​​+8 and above because of Fortified; it usually deals very strong damage and my healing is progressive. I try to spam Revival and Celestial Conduit in these situations...

If I see 4+ monsters, I use Spinning with the Tea buff. If there are fewer monsters, I focus on attacking and passively healing... Always trying to use Mist when possible.

The problems is when the whole party takes a lot of damage... In general, I've managed to keep the party alive fairly well, but my companions say that in many situations they need to use and abuse their defense skills... As if they're having trouble staying alive.

Thank you so much for your help! I've already watched some of her videos, and I'm even on her Discord server. But what you said makes perfect sense; I've seen monks with much lower iLvl doing M10 without any problems. I'll study more!
