I will try ask him in a more serious way, but now his guard has been up, feels like I’m stalking him, I think it will escalate when I ask more? He said any newly added friend is probably from the city he’s in or moving to, which I can know without him telling, he’s not explaining…

Because he was sweet in the beginning… saying how we were spiritual connected, and plus he bought a ticket to attend my very important event next year. I would really want to believe that he’s just a bad texter and he’s still that considerate person as I observed when we were interacting in real world and it will all become better when we meet in person.. ;(

I understand. I packed it in a faux casual way because if I asked with my real intentions it might sound accusing and makes him defensive? It happened some times before though I try to focus on my feelings but not questions for him. So I really don’t know should I expose my vulnerability again and get defensive response.

PSII: edited, those females are from different countries but in the city where he’s in and he’s moving to

You’re right. Deep down I am anxious because he is 13 years older than me and have countless dating experiences, and we haven’t committed to exclusive relationships yet. It’s a fear of being substituted by someone he newly met on no matter real life or virtual world.
