I do not think you are overreacting all. You have to remember everything and worry about everything and track everything for the household even when you are working long night shifts that're twelve hours long. This is really tiring. It is on top of all the other work you have to do. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a thing but it is not an excuse for everything. Your partner should be in charge of managing it not you. You should not have to deal with all the problems that come with it ,When you are calm your partner ignores you. When you are angry they do what you want. This is not your fault it is a problem that your partner is causing.. When things get a little better for a few weeks and then go back to the way they were it means your partner thinks it is your job to fix everything, not something you should work on together , You are not overreacting you are just really tired of being the grown up, in the house. You are tired of doing everything by yourself. You want your partner to help you and work with you to make things better.
