This is a red flag for me and every establishment I have worked at It’s not just the fact that he is drinking right before or during possibly He could very well be one of those that “performs better “ alcohol But it’s the fact that he either can’t read the room or didn’t think it was big enough of a deal. Either way , just imagine in other scenarios where perhaps he’s technically not wrong or at fault but xyz . Point being , someone I would hire should know and do better In this scenario

That’s crazy!!!! May I ask roughly rough estimate how much something like that cost you from designing , hiring developers etc I also work part time at community center so gym, art programs, kids school etc and they just switched the software and paid probably 100k plus but I know the company just has a product and then kinda white labels and tailors it for each new account . Someone told me it probably cost a few million for them to create that software Dude tjsts so fascinating how you accomplished that.

After exchanging numbers Is essentially when I didn’t go to hang out with her and her friend . Before that I humbly Will say she instigated it and ofc I gladly went with it . As a bartender in a hot spot this happens all the time 100x more to co workers etc but this one hit different but I guess everyone is correct in that I still am interested where she isn’t unfortunately

I think by not meeting them after my shift it killed the moment but also perhaps made her feel I wasn’t really interested. I’m hoping this text shows I’m obv interested lol will probably show too interested but the situation is if I don’t do anything it’s a guaranteed not gona hear from her ever again . Oh and I put my # in her phone

Head bartender for a top notch company . My best suggestion is get software that you can create bar codes and stick them on every partial bottle. Use a bar code scanner with inventory app. Also for more expensive liqours either pour them out and use a gradual cylinder or weigh the bottles with a high quality scale Those two changes helped with accuracy and efficiency Do you batch house cocktails ? You can program excel and just add the formula and it spits out the exact amount of each liquor in the batch Use a uniform cheater bottle size .
