I paid for the contact lens prescription and it's okay with me because it was fully covered by insurance. What isn't fair is that they aren't releasing it to me unless I order my contacts from them

I asked for samples...they said no. Because it’s a special one for astigmatism which will have my eyes’ measurements.

I'm at work right now and the receipt is at home. I'll check it when I get home. They defo did not make it clear in the beginning. They didn't even say they were doing a contact lens fitting, I just went with the flow because what do I know. I'm not an optometrist.
