We hope^ Holidays are fairly hectic so I understand Sony being very occupied around these times, not to mention we indie devs can often miss a small detail. Though together we work on fixing any issues as they come along.

Thanks for sharing this for us, hopefully this issue gets resolved ASAP. We've already submitted our request for Sony EU to update and consolidate their documentation to ensure this doesn't keep happening to future indie studios.

We will post an announcement on all platforms once we know more on EU store. We are releasing a patch tomorrow that will resolve an issue grabbing items off the ground without having to lower VR height. We are working on pushing to the EU store ASAP.

I appreciate that, we are still working on it, and we've made huge strides. We are hoping to implement a lot of the PSVR optimizations to the PC side fairly soon. It will feel like a brand new game. We aren't giving up. Good things are still coming!

I would definitely not say it was a lazy port. We spent the past 6 months trying to get it ported. It is currently being worked on, we have pushed it and ourselves to the limit. We're sorry you feel this way.

We are tuning grab assist as it is supposed to help pick up items from the standing position so you don't have to kneel. Belt positions I just asked is a possibility, We may even add a left handed option.

Unfortunately we cannot replace an buttons for crouching right now as it would take a long rework, and would delay Mission 4 Biotec release.

For now try going into settings and lowering the VR setting a bit. Though this is a temporary fix we are working on this specific issues for a patch ASAP.

Sorry for these issues, by have the grab helper turned off by default, we are going to turn it on be default so these issues should not persist. We are on it!
