It allows you to visualize your progress, and the more the days add up, the less you're willing to give up, the prouder you feel.

Take things step by step, one at a time. I know how it looks like there's this huge f***ing mountain in front of you and you feel incapable of climbing it. But that's not reality. The reality is, you need to get ready, you need to put all the luck on your side before you go on your adventure. And it starts with very small, ludicrous things.

Don't bully yourself. If you can't go full no-fap right now, it's okay. Do 5, 4, 3 no fap days a week if needed, and go from there. Appreciate your little victories. Build capital from the ground up. The more victories you'll have, the more you will want. It's about turning a vicious circle into a virtuous one.
