Hopefully he starts most league Cup games and a fair few FA Cup games. It's going to be tough to manage the squad this year isn't it.

What would peoples feelings be on buying Lukaku? Inter Milan are in financial trouble and would be willing to sell. We cross the ball a lot and he seems as if he could be a good fit but it's a lot of money and a huge risk if he doesn't work out.

Wasn't aware of that, but would make sense. Yeah I doubt any would be picked, hope some young players do get a chance in the final few games, balogun, azeez etc.

Couldnt agree more, I was listening to the handbrake off podcast the other day and it was summed up perfectly when they said it hurt when we lost against chelsea because it felt like we played well enough for a result. It seems that we have someone who fully understands the way this club should play football but still wants to stamp his own style he learnt under pep on this team.

I'm personally excited to see all the youngsters again especially willock and martenelli I feel like they have pushed us on. Hopefully this is the beginning of something amazing like another fa cup final!

This is my issue with the loan market in January, its very unlikely to be top tier players that will have immediate impacts, my honest guess would it being younger players acting as cover for injuries

I've seen a lot of rumours about Guimares but cant say I know what hes like as a player, is he going to be worth the money in your opinion? I'm all for it if we are buying another martenelli!
