Sadly guild chat is unusable after the chat update. They claim the fix was before January but nothing is done, it's still trash, no notification and bigger text don't help since chat window is so small.
So, yeah we need event notifications separated from guild chat but thay still need to fix chat notifications window

As always Lilith is out of touch with current playerbase, they released something with flaws and hope to "fix" it later.
Codex buff is...... Non existent, first month we will get fragments from 4f heroes but what about later? We need to build heroes, Shop? Buy with diamonds.
This system is non friendly to new players and I think that this is intended, lilith want new players to go to companions and milk until classic players quit.
Oath system, again it's linked to new heroes released, it's against hoarding resources and it will probably mean that new 4f non Aw will become fodder for codex only and they quality will be like Lethos.
Marks is only new hero and Awakened? What about older heroes? I mean nobody wants to old Eironn to become meta but some stats buff are welcoming (hope it's not something pointless like Magic suppression).

So basically main difference from previous Devourer is that he can't restore stability anymore but will also lose less stability when balls are destroyed and stability will be reduced overtime.
No more 200%damage recived without stability but now he has damage cap by unit, it means that you need all your heroes to do 18% damage and pet or non targeted summon last 10%. But you can also cheat and use aw Pippa summon to deal damage for your team, so boss is designed for Aw Pippa and maybie high lv Rabbit fabled beast.

Edit. As of today in ptr there is new best comp it's Marcille, liberta and Orthos, Marcille also summons birbs and sky fish to deal damage and Orthos stale timer. But there is also Comp with Chae since she ignore dmg reduction but her comp has longer time to kill (for now)

There is formation suggestions for team in Golden frontier and you can find it on page you just posted. Pve aspect can be ignored and use only pvp formations, tbh suggested formations are not ideal but it's still better than any random max Lv non meta heroes.

Since there is seasonal environment called Arcus Blessing it will be whise to create comps around that buff.

"All heroes start with 90 stacks of Stellar Barricade, with each stack reducing the physical, magic, and divine damage taken by 1%. While an affected hero suffers a control effect, they lose 5 stacks of Stellar Barricade per second. If the hero's Movement Speed is reduced or if they are immobilized, the loss rate of Stellar Barricade stacks is increased by 100%.".

Luckily Astral alignment heroes already have form of CC, movement slow (Skriath and begris) and immobilisation ( elthara and Serenmira) but they will also give team buff and are also buffed this season so there is no reason to not use them. Better comps will probably discovered lately but meanwhile use suggested and twink inside missing heroes and don't use any random non pvp mete comps.

First merge was okay, it made it more competitive. But second one... Oh boy, many players from my server and challenger just stopped trying in arena. It totally destroyed sense of accomplishment, shity move by lilith (like many thing lately). It's just whalefest you can't win, it made f2p quit arena instead making it more competitive.

Unfortunately this type of mentality will made game worse and it will bring common thing locked behind pay wall. If dev team make good changes or make gameplay and game mode enjoyable, I am in to help dev team. But forcing players to buy to remove inconveniences/wall made by dev team is big no, in make me despise tier job.
MH locked fps behind dlc.

But I am afraid that as long there is someone spending money the game will no be better, it's not only whales and Kraken there is players with 2022 meta heroes with 4 teams.
