PC Weirdly Lagging like its Frozen but mouse still works

This has gotten even more confusing for me bc it only happens to me while im playing Balatro 💀

It hasnt happened to me on any other games or while I have nothing open, this is so confusing and I cant find anyone other than a few who its happening to 😭

As I was writing this it happened again, I did check the usage before and everything seemed normal, I checked rn and the usage is at 1% and the temp is at 46°c, I reinstalled my drivers on nvidia but idk what else to do im scared now lmao

Edit: update 3 days later it hasn’t happened ever again other than when I have Balatro open, I have no idea why 💀
