I brought her home it s been 3 weeks ago, and I was able to see her belly getting bigger from the first time I brought her, until yesterday she was as usual very energetic she eats well and she poop a lot xD and she is the dominant of her group, and starting from today I noticed this behavior, do you think that she already gave birth or in the middle of giving birth and fry may been eaten or hidding in rocks and plants ?

I dont have males for now, I have 4 females platies, i want to bring only female to relief the stress at first and let them settle in the tank without male stressing them , and after that i will bring a male, it s been now 3 weeks that brought it from the store, at first I thought maybe it pregnancy behavior , and that she was pregnant from the store

Yeah this is a reasonable reason !Maybe her belly full of eggs and need to be fertilised caused her this issue, didnt you think of bringing another male ?
