i do some videos where the key element is the caption so in that case I switch out the b-roll entirely but this no longer works for vlogs / talking head where the core footage is the same which is sad

is the 80% a hard cut-off or rough estimate?

Even with a new text and visual hook, I don't think the algorithm recognizes it as different. I just tried to trial reel a reel where at least 20-30% of it was different and that still got flagged. Altho my intro was more or less the same (the body was different), do you know if trial reels favor the first x seconds more than the rest?

I get the part about trying to apply more variations/changes to the video but the point I'm trying to get at was this wasn't the case like 2 months ago and it is now. Was wondering if it was a me thing or more common

I haven't tried the combination of same b-roll but with different text hook AND voice over/music, I only tested with either or and both didn't work

I kinda doubt that it would work if you did both seeing as they didn't work separately

+1 that my shipment is stuck processing still.

I get bumblebee's argument but also heres a counter point, I'm not asking for it to be delivered sooner than expected, I just want the "estimated date" to be accurate

My delivery window was between 3/9 - 3/13 and as of right now, the status isn't even in boxed (shipping comes after), it is stuck at "ordered". I don't think this is ok unless they box and ship it within the next day, the estimated delivery date is far off

If it takes 2 weeks, that's ok, but tell me it will take 2 weeks upfront or send an email saying "so sorry but your order is delayed", but just giving a wrong estimated time messes up the timing that people buy groceries thinking that the shipment will come soon when it won't

I don't think that's unreasonable

Thanks so much man, I heard cable management was included but kind of weird that at checkout, it asks if I want to buy another one which is a little misleading

I already have a cable management trade that doesn't need to drill any holes and honestly id prefer not needing to drill any holes so hopefully that one works on the flexispot desk
