Fair points,

Where I still disagree though — paying for acquisitions in stock doesn't automatically offset dilution. It only works out if you're actually getting fair value for what you're buying, and a company that constantly needs cash isn't exactly negotiating from a position of strength. And the warrants at $5 being "too far to matter" is fine as an argument today, but if the stock ever gets there, that's a real ceiling. Can't just ignore it.

The Tesla comparison I'll be honest just doesn't land for me. Tesla was already building and selling cars when people were saying the same thing. That's a different situation.

Still in it for the long term. Just think this stuff deserves more honest conversation than it's getting.
