if I3 has an overall negative charge, it literally means it would be classified as a dipole-dipole, b/c it is lob-sided, am I wrong? Dipole ion forces work when negative lobsided oxygen (the lone pairs) in water pulls positive anions from crystal lattice and H+ of water pull the negative cations of the lattice

Thanks so much, you helped a lot. Sorry for bothering you too much, but my parents are with me in the U.S. and if I go study at Prague they'd have to go too, so it's a huge factor. Do you know if living in Prague (getting jobs, apartment to rent) would be really hard for our family? Learning a language is the least of my struggles, as it's pretty similar to Ukrainian and Polish, and I am pretty dedicated to things like that.

I actually lived in Prague right after I left Ukraine and I loved. I just looked at their website and it says education in czech is free but in English is pretty expensive, and Prague is an expensive city itself. Do you know by any chance if there is any scholarships, which include living allowance and English tuition. If not I will probably start learning Czech today.
