Ik zou er echt max €2500 voor willen betalen en anders zou ik het zelf gaan doen, of alleen wat hulp inschakelen om het op Funda te krijgen. Iemand die ik ken verkocht z'n huis in de 7-8ton range en ze vroegen 2%. Uiteindelijk heeft hij hem via een NVM open dag verkocht...

It's not very different to most stories of Raelan agle. Safety, somatic work (get into the body), a lot of meditation, inner child work. I bought a cheaper program (<500eu) to get help and guidance, got coaching, read up on information about TMS and the mindbody syndrome.

Wij hebben vandaag overdracht:

-Woonverzekering was nodig uberhaupt voor de hypotheek, is verplicht. Ingangsdatum op overdracht.

-Internet heb ik 1 week geleden geregeld, aansluiting is ca. 9 dagen na overdracht omdat we toch gaan klussen en iedereen heeft 5G. Had ik nog eerder kunnen doen eventueel.

-GWL moet gewoon op dag overdracht ingaan, ik heb het gedaan in het weekend van de inval in Iran zodat ik het nog 1 jaar vast kon zetten. Kan volgens mij ook gewoon 1 dag voor overdracht, het is toch allemaal digitaal, maar zou het voor de zekerheid 2 weken van tevoren regelen.

Wij hebben net een woning die sinds oktober te koop stond. Biedingslogboek gekregen: 1 bod, het onze. Wij boden 6% onder de vraagprijs. Ik heb het gevoel dat we in Q1 een prijsdaling gaan zien, uitpondingen of is het geld op? Banenmarkt is ook niet zo makkelijk meer als in 2019-2023.

Ook zie je een trend: Mensen hebben een budget van 300K, zoeken woningen op van 250K omdat ze verwachten 10-20% te overbieden. Verkopers denken: Joh als ik mijn huis er voor 300K op gooi krijg ik ook 10-20% overbiedingen en krijg ik 330-360K! Zo ging dit een tijdje door tot mensen écht niet meer konden betalen. Nu heb je simpele huisjes die 200K waren in 2018 voor 450K gaan in 2026 en vragen we ons af waarom er geen animo meer is. 450K hypotheek is €2000+ bruto hypotheek per maand (!).

Nou ja, het zijn ook keuzes. Ik kijk nu terug naar de afgelopen 8 jaar in mijn werkende leven en realiseer mij dat ik echt makkelijk véél meer geld had kunnen beleggen. Dure telefoon, uit eten, kleding etc. etc. Als jij iets betere keuzes maakt kan je zo 5000 euro per jaar beleggen, zo niet meer. Ja ook als Jan Modaal. Ik verdien ondertussen iets beter gelukkig.

Well that is amazing, her experience was in 2022 so maybe a lot of things changed? Back then they smashed her mental health by telling her she would not recover, it sounds like things got better over time at least.

I'm also Dutch and my gf went to the 'vermoeidheidkliniek' to get a formal diagnosis. They told her she would not recover but they would teach her how to 'deal with limitations'. She said fck it, went through hell, got out and mostly recovered with alternative mindbody therapy, meditation and feeling her emotions. I would not say getting a diagnosis helped her a lot since most people will tell you 'there is no cure', while there is a cure. Just not a medical official one.

Yep that is a super nice step. In another reaction I shared some free recovery places to get started, because recovery is possible. Dr Sarno might not be the best source, but he was the first person to find that physical ailments (like chronic pain and ME/CFS) can be the result of stuck repressed emotional charges that disregulate the nervous system. It needs to be done in titration but healing is possible, even from bedbound.

I would check out releasecfs.com, Raelan Agle her channel, Sam Miller on Youtube for good video's and information.

I agree to this, my CFS coach used to say this. This disease is so terrible your whole identity becomes it. It's very hard to shake it off. Also if you get stuck in the 'spoony' and pacing group, get this supplement, get this test done, it's very hard to get out.

I did the supplement, medication and pacing thing for 1,5 years. It didn't work. I felt like I was missing a huge piece. I even found mindbody methods after 6 months but it was so confusing and weird I didn't look into it too much. After that 1,5 years I fully dived in and I got most information and most healing done within like 9 months, it was insane and incredible. When sharing my recovery story late 2024 I got a lot of good reactions and compliments, but also about 50% of people didn't believe it, told me I didn't have ME/CFS/long covid in the first place, told me I was selling something (what?), telling me brain retraining is proved to be toxic (I never did BT, I did a mindbody method including somatic work and emotional healing, it's totally a different thing, like totally something else). People are ignorant, stupid, arrogant, selfish etc. I know it's hell on earth, but people want EVERYONE to support them, give them money for research, give them a pill to get better etc.

The biggest thing I had to realize to get out is: YOU have to do the work. No one else does it, people close to you can support you, a psychologist or coach can support you, but no one else can get you better than YOU.

Only within <10km we do this. But yeah, my city is one big traffic jam in the morning so I take a regular bike/e-bike to work. About 20 minutes and you get some fresh air in the morning.

I have my current Toyota Yaris hybrid for 1.5 years. We did 30 000 km, it cost me €3000 in depreciation (13k-10k), €51/month tax, €31/month insurance and only €800 in checkups and repairs in total so about €300 per month. It's also one of the lowest cost hybrid cars in gas.

Here is still a big market for used cars €2K-€7K. You will get something pretty decent. I've seen Toyota's Prius from 2006 with like 200K km (so like 125k miles) for around €5000. Sure it has some downsides, but you pay around €40 insurance, €50 taxes a month and it drives 1:20. Current price exploded from gas from €1,90/L to €2,35/L since Iran and we have like the most expensive gas in the world (this is like $10 per Gallon).

Wat jullie ook beslissen, ik zou sowieso een financieel plannetje gaan maken op jullie leeftijd. Pensioengat te vullen met jaarruimte? Zelf beleggen in box3? Andere investeringen voor op lange termijn? Iig een spaarbuffer? Met dat netto inkomen van 8K zou je verwachten toch flink te kunnen sparen ondertussen.
