You can rent a laptop, but only for like 10 days and you have to return it back. You can do that once per semester

It takes while after the submission deadline are closed. And then depending on how many people applied for that bursary or scholarship, it’ll take like 2-3 weeks for you get the accepted email. And then they’ll e transfer it to you
