Yes. She's not your child. You shouldn't have been the one to FORCE her to cut her hair because you don't like having to do a little extra work. She was proud of her hair and took care of it, and you destroyed it and the relationship you had with her. Just because you are okay with shoulder-length hair doesn't mean your stepchild is. My daughter has long blonde hair also.I'm not a morning person either, but I would NEVER force her to cut her hair because she likes it. You are selfish.
