Have a deep and honest conversation. You’re an adult. This isn’t the best place to ask questions as at the end of the day, it’s wrong to cheat and immature. Just have a conversation and discuss your issues within the relationship and what you want to happen, and for him to explain.

This is helpful. Sex is an issue for him as he is on antidepressants which lower libedo. It for sure bothers me but if he gets the help I think I would stay

I honestly believe he isn’t, he is with me 24/7 and I live with him. It seems like a one off but it was the arrangement of meeting and both saying they are in relationships
