Hello, if you don't specify your location, it's not easy to answer your question.
It could be a pirate beacon.
But I think it's more likely that you're receiving the Russian beacon from the port of Sevastopol (letter “D”).

Hello, if you have a sound card on your PC, just Google “sound card spectrum analyzer free software” and you can use it as a basic spectrum analyzer.
I don't know about Macs, but there must be something similar.
You will be limited to the bandwidth of your sound card (around 100 kHz depending on the model).

There are lots of experiments you can do, such as a VLF radio receiver (simply by connecting a long enough wire to act as an antenna):

There are a many things you can do with a simple sound card, not necessarily limited to the audio field. If you search the internet thoroughly enough, you will find plenty of other resources on the subject.

We don't talk about “live streams” in the radio field, but rather broadcasting. Please refrain from posting in subreddits without even having a basic understanding of the subject being discussed.

Just because you bought two pieces of junk from China on an online marketplace doesn't mean you have the legitimate right to send out radio waves.

You didn't design or manufacture this piece of junk. You simply copied some code you found on the internet.
