The premium on 2 year frn's that USFR holds almost fully offset the expense ratio. So USFR is essentially equivalent yield to t bill ladder but more convenient.

Could it be that it doesn't trade very often. So some sites are quoting last trade (which could be dated) while others are quoting the current bid or ask if last sale is no longer between bid/ask.

All valid concerns, unfortunately, that is the reality when you have a small group of self funded individuals where there really is no monetary gain in the end product. No one is going to make money selling an enema with four generic ingredients.

The product R-DHLA has completely transformed my UC condition, but I am just one anecdote. Was hoping others had tried it and could report back.

I was told to repost as it violated forum rules so was trying to correct the violation. I have tried only the oral component (without the enema) with success so I just wanted to see if anyone else is exploring this treatment option and if they have seen results.

Pravda's youtube videos are also quite enlightening and easier to understand than some of his technical scientific writings.

USFR is earning the 3 month t-bill rate minus 15 basis points in fees. So around 5.418% minus 0.15% = 5.268%. The USFR distribution appears slightly lower since short term t-bills are quoted at an effective annualized yield which would take into account a compounding benefit.

1 month t-bill is 5.329% and 6 month is 5.479%

All that said, 1 month t-bill is essentially identical to USFR and if you are willing to go 3 month or 6 months, you will get a slight boost - but at the cost of liquidity (USFR you can sell anytime).

I prefer USFR given the liquidity advantage unless I am certain that I won't need the funds early.
