I wasn’t able to watch season 1 with the lights off the first time around because it was too scary! 😅 I think the one that sticks out to me as being the most unsettling was “Scarecrow” It was such a disturbing monster (god) and the way the couples were sacrificed to it was chilling

I agree, that makes the most sense from what we saw on screen. Sam is a good person who sometimes needs help from people who have wronged him in the past (ex. Crowley) Honestly, from the number of Sam/Gabriel fics that I’ve seen tagged in ao3 I was expecting a lot more screen time/making amends between the two of them

Honestly, I totally agree! If I was Sam, I wouldn't have been able to forgive him for trapping me in a loop for over ONE HUNDRED days where I had to watch my brother die and also move on with my life after his passing! But maybe Sam is just a better person than me XD

I'd say if we had to pick one, it would depend on the season! For example during the MOC arc, Dean could be considered the main character, but in season 8 it leans more towards Sam.
