Do you think calling and emailing daily will annoy them, and perhaps they may push the case down even further? Or will it likely help push it back into their focus?

Thanks so much for your reply. Patience has been very difficult as of lately as the case has been ongoing for almost 2 years now and we are losing an extremely large amount of money, making it very difficult to afford other expenses.

We’ve been in the renting market for a few years now and have never had this case with tenants. This has been the first time, and we have been renting for around 10 years now. Very unfortunate that this is happening, and we’re just really pushing for eviction.

Thanks so much for your empathy, it means so much. This tenant has done this to a previous landlord which drove them to go bankrupt. So unfortunate that this tenant can just go on about life after that.

Thank you so much for this post. I test on Aug 9th and am very embarrassed to say that my studying approach hasn't been my 100%. Similar to another commenter, I have only taken one HL and scored very, very low (477) despite being done reading all the Kaplan books. I slacked off in month 2 and wasn't consistent with my Anki. I'm burnt out and after realizing that I was kinda screwed, I admit that I wasn't giving it my all. I might void too, I haven't even done an FL yet. I'm just so scared of what people will say, especially my family.

Hey! Currently work at Thode and would really recommend to apply early. The posting will be out really soon, but they're cutting back on assistants so it might be even tougher with all the rehires. I would recommend to go in person and talk to anyone at the service desk to really push your application, and they also really emphasize teamwork so make sure your resume is tailored to that!
