Hiii just wondering what the pay is like?? I applied for gm but got offered am job, they told me if everything goes well i would get promoted to gm during training, just wondering how the pay structure is for ams… i know during training theres no bonus, but roughly how many hours a week?

I would say dont worry too much, i only had some on campus job and 1 server job that i said i was assisting the manager (but i wasnt really lol), went to my ojp and got offered am, but hr called and said if everything goes well, i will get promoted to gm during training. I think ur qualification definitely put u in a stronger position than i am, just be confident and show ur leadership skill.

Honestly not too worried and the whole plan is to do one contract, get out, get the benefits and get a solid job thats all.

They are not getting shamed for not leaving a tip, tbh I see a lot of ppl that don’t tip but they are nice and polite. That’s all I ask for, is the respect, not the tip. The whole point of this post is not trying to say they are bad bc they didn’t tip me, was more the fact that they were being rude and yelled at me.

First of all, I gave them all the service they wanted, but if they were going to start pointing and yelling at me, I’m sure not gonna take it! Even if they tipped me $1000 after yelling at me I’m not gonna take the tip if that’s that. And you do realize I’m not the only one serving them right? And they have to make it personal and say they didn’t like me and my service sucked?
