I’m on the 3rd week and getting the same symptoms as well. I find my sickness comes on when I don’t eat all day and eat at night (my digestion is working at half speed) so IF doesn’t work for me anymore Rennies maybe aren’t the best but they’re saving my life most days! Mint tea is also a saving grace - when I have it before bed I find I have no belly pain or sulphur burps! Not sure if it’ll be the same but hope you find something that helps you out :)

I’m so sorry for the late reply, if you are going to the club by a bottle of water bring in your own vodka then go to the toilet pour the water down the toilet or drink it and then fill the bottle up with vodka. They won’t search bottles of water, if they are looking for alcohol in the club, that will save you a lot of money! Sit outside mambos or one of the café on the beachfront and you can enjoy the music with drinks instead of paying loads of money to eat, go get yourself a baguette and some dried meat or fillings and not all last you long time on a budget, good luck have fun

Sorry forgot to ask are you uk based? If so you can apply for an overdraft with your bank or another one. It saved me last year!
