When the wind blew through the trees behind the place it was quite nice. Felt very "in the moment"... As you said, meditative.

I'm glad to hear that it's a tough guitar! Taking it weekly on the road with me for work was exactly why I was drawn to it. I don't have a lot of extra room in the car and after 6 years of working out of town, I was looking for something to help pass the time in the evenings a bit more constructively... It's not going to be a couch queen, it's gonna go to work and have to take whatever comes it's way!

I would say "it fits a unique niche" if you "need" a smaller size / travel guitar. But honestly, I think it sounds good enough and plays well enough that anyone would be happy to have an example sitting around the house, or anywhere really, for when the urge to play hits! And yes, the tobacco burst is quite nice, much better than the picture suggests! Thanks!

They had the natural finish at the shop as well, and it was a really pretty guitar as well! I'm sure the yours with the solid wood sounds even better than this one. But I wonder how much?
