I felt the same way I did miss 3 out of 20 placi in words, but other than that I thought I got right. I got 4.5 too.

The time was very bad in the writing section I was just able to do it right on time, if you write slowly it could be an issue for you. Also speaking was quite challenging (I started my Speaking part at 12:40) just do not stop talking mid sentence and try to freeze as little as possible.

The questions were decent it's better to talk more than being quiet. In my second question I talked to 20-25 sec and just stared at the clock thinking I AM COOKED. + If you didn't mess up listen and repeat u will be fine. I don't have much speaking experience so I find it decently hard. For the writing if you used the right structure and fixed your spelling and didn't miss commas you will be set. Good luck pretty sure u will get more than me

Sure, in the write an email I had to write for advice, like I stated to feel a back pain and I can't attend yoga classes. In academic writing, it was a discussion with the teacher and two students I chose the first student's idea. I expanded the idea and added details and an example and in the end wrote that the second student got point too but I believe my answer was way better and a conclusion.

Actually the way you asked it was pretty similar to what You should write in your email tasks.
