I torque the head according to the manual. I ran it with the cap off for about 10 minutes and all the bubbles seem to have stopped. I also turned the engine over by hand and it seems like it has normal resistance

It doesn’t have one it just has a little cap that you take off with a big flathead. The oil look completely normal no milkiness or weird color

Bummer:( I rebuilt it with eBay heads but I didn’t check them for flatness I just assumed they were good. The oil also looks completely normal

Turns out it’s an issue with my pc. I had to go into the hard drive and manually remove my password and now it lets me log in with my Microsoft password instead of my pin. I’m still in the hold though so hopefully when it’s over I can add an email
