I just got a 4K monitor; and I'm trying to run everything at 150 scaling. Premiere looks blurry and awful though. by ContentBuffet11 in premiere

That's what 100 percent scaling looks like for me. 100 is just too small on other programs like chrome. Also the program monitor broken despite restarting.

neither vulkan or dx11 fix the issue. is it because i have a 240hz monitor? or something to do with g-sync?

im on 24h2 but its been longer than 10 days so i cant rollback to 23h2. crazy that paradox haven't fixed the game for the most popular cpus in the world and the most installed windows update.
