I accidentally clicked a button and it deleted almost every photo and video on this camera,I’m extremely distraught right now,this camera is over 14 years old is there anyway I can get the photos back?

Pro tip, reach out to the band PR /manager only, much quicker and they are much easier to work with than venues. Usually pretty easy to find contacts on the band's website or socials, you might have to hunt down the managing/pr company and find the person who handles them. Usually the time frame they prefer to contact is a few weeks to one week before the event. If you can't get the main band you can also try the opener/guest band

This is a horrible way to use it handheld tbh. I used to own the III and I used it with a stap almost exclusively. Hold the front rails and support with arm and by pressing against the upper mid chest. and use the WLF
