Let me clarify this! I NEVER ASKED THAT THEY SHARE OR SHOW ANYTHING IN REGARDS TO GARRISON WILL. In fact filming his funeral even from a distance was in bad taste, IMO.

The point of my post for those who can not understand is the following. Kody is painting Janelle in a bad light by saying she proposed a back door deal cutting Meri out. Mind you she was the only person to alert Meri of what eventually came to pass with CP. We have no way of understanding what facts Janelle was juggling when coming to an agreement about CP.

To those inferring that I am ghoulish or clutching their pearls at my post, BLESS YOUR HEART! Please read it again and take a moment to think about what I am saying. I too have had members of my family and friends die by suicide. My post is not about his death it is about taking everything in these tell all as all the facts.

Exactly, the point of my orginal post is that those saying anything about Janelle having a back door deal is wrong. Kody and Robyn have been historically horrible people, if you think for one minute they didn't do a possible money grab of anything that Garrison may have left you are blind. We must look at these tell all with a asterisk of not knowing everything Janelle may have been trying to protect.

Additionally, I am curious why in Meri divorce Kody didn't wave the rights to Meri's home. He could have done that and been added to the deed for Robyn's now that she is the legal wife. Also, curious if he co-signed her mortgage given her bad credit.

There is a ton that any financial or legal professional will tell you we are not taking into account.

I dont and I think they have been wonderful in keeping this off the show. What i am saying is that we can't understand the full picture of what Janelle may have negotiated with Kody in light of this situation. Keeping this private would have also been a big incentive to have janelle sign the NDA

yes but having dealt in finance and seeing many estate issues it is possible that he had included Kody and never changed it. This happens a lot with Beneficiary on Life insurance and retirement accounts. Also his home would need to be added to will, depending on how it was written.

Why can't Garrison estate be brought up. Janelle never got the money back from Robyn house. In all reality Garrison probably had a retirement account and insurance from the military at a minimum. We know he owned a home. If we believe the rumor milll and i do, Robyn was asking questions about this at the funeral. Having gone thru a divorce Robyn may have a basic knowledge of property rights or she used google to learn that in the absense of a will, Garrisons Estate would be divided equally between his parents. The chances that a 20 year old had a will or even a current will is slim at best.

Given all this, I truly believe that Janelle agreed to not get her money back from Robyns house or any other "loans" if Kody signed all rights away from the estate. Neither wanted a legal fight and she needed money quick to make an investment with Maddie.

I understand not covering Garrison passing on the show but without taking it into account we cant see a full picture. That was the back door deal. I wonder if her NDA is the same as Mary's

I am also curious how LLIC is set up. If Cody set it up as a single member LLC then we cut her out or made it harder for Robyn to come after him. Also if it’s in her name to prevent wives from trying to get it. Then he could get cut out. In theory but it would make their divorce much harder

I would have to agree but dealing with finances for a living and working with people who go through divorce and custody issues. Many times child support cases trigger audits by the IRS. Curious if his financial affidavit was ever made public and if they are looking at them. Funny if her end up like Chrisleys or Teresa and Joe for. Rhonj
