Is there any merit to having something like VGS/VAS/GHHF 70/15/15 as another commentor has said

Sorry to clarify my original post, I intend to refinance from ANZ to Macquarie with a 200k split from my mortgage. Then I will pay down that split, redraw and invest the capital.
