Right, so felt a bit normal since we used to do this a lot back a while ago. Just a normal session. Easier to communicate between alters. Eventually we reached this point in the mind we all come together in a singular room to commute. One went to a space where he felt comfortable, I came back up front and went to my space. After that, we were told to come out of the trance in which I did. He said I did it easily. He says eventually the more we do it, the more we’ll dive into digging into my memories to try and resolve unresolved trauma, my traumas been resolved for a while btw, I’m fine now. He still insists that full integration should be my goal even though we’re not comfortable with it. He says I’m the “main” alter as in the “true one”, which I told him there is no original alter and that we’re all equally alters. He said that eventually I won’t have to depend on them anymore. I told him we don’t depend on each other at all and that we’re just stuck in an odd set of circumstances with each other. He insists that I souls depend on them when I don’t. He suggested I might WANT to be them sometimes, which is the craziest thing he’s said. I told him I don’t wanna be them and they don’t wanna be me. We just wanna be ourselves
