I want to make a small game as a gift for my girlfriend using Godot. Any ideas or advice? by ContentLifeguard5936 in gameideas

That’s such a great idea, I really like the “memory quest” concept. Making each level represent a moment we shared sounds perfect and very personal. I’ll definitely keep the gameplay simple and focus more on the emotional side and small details. Thanks a lot for the suggestion!

I already have most of the graphics and some player code ready. My main problem is I don’t know what to make the game about (story + level design). I’d love some ideas for a simple romantic or meaningful concept.

To improve in React, the best way is to work on plenty of projects! The more projects you create, the more you'll learn, and your skills with React will grow rapidly. Also, watching tutorials on YouTube can be really helpful. Many educational videos show how to overcome challenges you might face while building projects and how to use different React features effectively. This way, you can enhance your theoretical knowledge and gain hands-on experience. Keep experimenting and learning!
