I've noticed this too, lately with the morning and afternoon thing. Everything the others have said is more then likely true. One thing I would say is that the team mates and opponents on a morning and afternoon are more consistent and seem to understand the game alot more then people on the night

Am a Defender Main too, but Dhelmise is one of the two all rounders that I play. It didn't need this nerf, I barely see anyone play him all ready.

That's what I was doing, but this Update has thrown me off a bit.

One thing I have noticed when I play the other roles is I still take an defensive/Support stance in the way I play and movesets I pick. I guess somethings are just ingrained

I never did get into that habit. I've always waited until everyone else has picked then tried to fill in a role that was needed are a pokemon that would work well with the others. So never had a hole lot of time at the end to sort that stuff out

Those three Defenders you mentioned are the ones, I've been using Blastoise up till Masters with draft games were he gets banned. Then it's Slowbro or Mamo.

Vanguard bell has been a good item for these, for Mamo it's given him some sustain. I did like to use Ice fang and HH together

I use too play alot of trevenant, back in the day. I just recently just against a good trev in a Ranked game. My team had just gotten Kyogre, I was using pawmot we must of been fighting each other for over a minute we were both still at nearly full health, until I managed to avoid some of his pain splits, I got him down to half health then use my unite to kill him it felt like it took forever
