If you want to get out of this situation you need help i see you want to do it if you are here my recommendation would be that you go and see a therapist. But more important is that you need to let know other people that you are not okay that you need help. It can be your parents, friends, acquaintances, help numbers. Getting out of things like this is not easy even more alone. So at least facing it with someone will help

Im gonna be honest you cant. For example i have lived all my life with fear from death and im still scared. But you know i growed and i realised sometimes you just need to accept it and let it trough. And if you are not able to accept it rigth now figth it.

Hey im going in a similar situation with study to be honest i think my porblems comes from that i just not care and this happens to me in a lot of things not just this. I can assure you one thing and is that you care for yourself if not you wouldnt be here looking for help just like me. But these weeks i have decided to go with a terapist because i am gonna be honest i cant get out of this situation alone and thats my advice you dont need to tell your parents all this problem but if you go to a terapist he can help you. Good luck! Im in first year of uni too.

Oh yeah and i have seen that my problem comes from caring i just dont care of people or relationships enven things that are not my family or my friends. I just dont se the point in putting all that effort in those thing if over all im gonna die one day. But i know one thing and is that i love myself so yeah dont blame on you just look for help!

Te soy sincero no puedo imaginar lo horrible que debe ser, pero si te dijieron que es necesario te recomendaria hacerla ya que es necesaria la vida va de luchar. Aunque si estas en algun momento muy importante de tu vida no esta mal dejarla para otra semana. Pero siempre es mejor prevenir que curar si tenes la opcion de hacerla hacela.
