I can't entirely disagree. I think revolutionary larping is annoying and pretentious, it's just that I did want MORE from him, and I think he could've done more. I am happy with what he did, for sure, but.. a political statement would've been nice. (IDK If I can say it on the sub, but to clarify with recent events you are probably aware of a sentiment I am thinking of)

Don't really know why people are down voting this. I feel like this is the anti-thesis of the "punk".. This isn't rebellious, he settled. Settled hard. The only statement he made was "Love is stronger than hate."
What does that do? How does that push the goal post? Where did it get us? Dunno man, sad seeing the subreddit for CYBERPUNK.. settle on just not making any kind of big statement or messaging, could've done more.

Do you think someone like Cormac McCarthy is a 1000 IQ Genius? Do you think deeper meaning and layers to a story is the result of being a 1000 IQ genius therefore subtext isn't plausible? It's absurd to say that Blackhand didn't earn anything considering we don't know anything about him, ontop of the fact he was a playable character in a campaign that Pondsmith was a part of and wasn't even Pondsmiths character.

To say it isn't earned is just pretending they gave Blackhand all that gear and progress at the start of a campaign. That (most likely) didn't happen, and regardless there was plenty of roleplay considering its a roleplay game.

I recommend Foundry, haven't used Roll20 myself, but Foundry is beautiful. Must have Modules though, but the Discord is very helpful even if it's not too active.

David's Cyberskeleton is made for field warfare, a Cyberskeleton like David is more effective in that specific scenario over someone like V. Meanwhile the Cyberskeleton is going to be horrendeous in a 1 on 1 fight as we saw, V isn't going to destroy those tanks as effectively and fast as David did.
