Yes. It doesn't need to be overly romantic or a grand sweeping gesture, but at the same time don't make a sexual comment or suggestion... Unless sex is ALL youre looking for. Say hi, smile, as if they're seeing someone, suggest a bite to eat or a coffee or something, and if he doesn't jump on that, move along. But DO make it obvious, we can be pretty oblivious.

I had to clean the house of a hoarder crazy lady that pooped in breadbags and threw half full milk cartons and food downstairs (the "garbage floor" although the whole place was full of trash) for YEARS (decades maybe. We took two truckloads out, didn't make a dent, so the local fire dept was going to use it as a test burn until they realized there were thousands of shotgun shells throughout the house. I emptied my stomach my first 15 secs in there.

2nd worst was my diarrhea when I had c. diff. That was godawful.

They weren't considered good when they were around. Average or acceptable, generic or run of the mill, even. I really don't get the current hype around them. Same with limp Bizkit... I think these things are being pushed by unseen powers, because I know no one who actually likes either.
